If you have any COMPLAINT about this insurance contract you should contact:

Aston Lark Europe Limited will acknowledge your COMPLAINT in writing within five (5) working days of receipt stating how Aston Lark Europe Limited will handle your COMPLAINT, who will handle it and what you need to do (if anything). Updates will be advised in intervals of not more than twenty (20) working days. Aston Lark Europe Limited will endeavour to resolve the COMPLAINT within forty (40) working days. The findings will be furnished to you within five (5) working days of completion of the investigation.
